Excellent communication and timely delivery. I ordered this bouquet for my best friend living there in cali , from UK , Nancy made sure to give her best service . Nancy was so accommodating over the phone. I don't know much about flowers and had a tight budget, but she went above and beyond to help me out. I greatly appreciate the updates she made sure to give me.
