In the past, i have used east bay florists with abysmal service. So when i selected Nancys off the internet, i did not expect much.. I received regular emails to advise of order's status. When the intended birthday recipient called to thank me, she was overjoyed! She loved the arrangement, especially the pink roses...she truly felt "special!" I thought, Nancys really came through! I later received a picture of arrangement. It was a lovely array of "like" flowers, tho gerberas and hydrangias looked a tad wilted...all in all i was pleased with the service, timely delivery and mostly, that my friend was so happy! Thank you!

Gorgeous flower bouquet, flowers were delivered in the morning and appreciated the notification of delivery and picture of the bouquet that was delivered. The bouquet was prettier than what was on the website. This is my 3rd order with Nancy's Flowers and could not think of going anywhere else.

One of the most seamless experiences I've had! I was one of those last minute mother's day flower senders and not only were they able to accommodate and timely, the flowers were in excellent condition and gorgeous. Would 100% recommend again.
