Amazing customer service from Nancy herself in regards to delivery, as well as a lovely arrangement. Nancy had reached out to me via text to update me that she had contacted the receiver directly to make sure she is home. Unfortunately, the receiver was away for a birthday adventure and wouldn't be home until 6pm. Nancy informed me that she will be making the delivery once the receiver is back home. Which she did after hours and sent me a text that the flowers were delivered. My friend loved the arrangements. Thanks Nancy for making sure it got into her hands and not left at the door as I thought may happen.
